Bio

I have been fortunate to have worked in some of the best restaurants in South Africa, as well as in London over the course of my career, gaining valuable experience in Michelin Star restaurants in the UK, as well as having the opportunity of working in one of the World’s best restaurants (when I worked in the UK)

With regards to the restaurant, what is the production like in your kitchen? How many meals per day/week etc - output,

Somewhere in the region of around 200 plates per service (lunch or dinner), 400 plates per day (lunch & dinner combined)…

- 3 Stars in the 2015 Rossouw’s Restaurant Guide (the highest rating)
- Awarded ‘Plate’ status in the newly-launched JHP Gourmet Guide, as 1 of only 21 restaurants in the country to achieve this award for 2016/17
- Eat Out Mercedes Benz Top 20 Restaurants in the country for 2015
- Great Wine Capitals Best Winery Restaurant 2014
- Eat Out Mercedes Benz Top 10 Restaurants in the country for 2013
