Bio

Before we opened the doors of the restaurant, before the restaurant was even built we started growing and experimenting with an aquaponics farm. The farm is located right next door to our restaurant and it is from there where we get most of our vegetables. Marron and Tilapia are bred on the property and we also have free roaming ducks, geese and spanish black pigs that we take care of. Phase two in the development will be to plant various kinds of berries, a small vineyard and bee-houses to start a small apiary.
